To my mind the dogs and horses are the cleverest and the kindest animals on the planet. I enjoy the hours I spend walking with my dog and its not make any bother for me to walk with it regularly twice a day. When I feel lonely or sad I hug my dog and talk to it. When I'm looking into its clever eyes it seems to me that it understands everything. I'm going in for sports, especially aerobics, running and shaping. I think that a sport keeps our bodies in good shape and our spirits in a high always.
